TMLheadshotA little bit about me…Tim Lambert

A family man excited to show you Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.  A former professional fly fishing guide, inventor and business man, I have been in Colorado Springs for 25 years.  I moved to the Pikes Peak region from Minnesota.  Growing up on a turkey and corn farm in Southern Minnesota, taught me about long work days and dedication to family.  I moved to Colorado Springs to attend Colorado College.  At CC I earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Japanese.  While living outside of Osaka, Japan, I coached little league baseball while studying at Kansai Gaidai University.  I enjoy all sports and outdoor activities.  A finisher of the Pikes Peak Ascent for 3 straight years, I have also run several marathons.  I began surfing in France and have had the chance to hang ten in both Costa Rica and Hawaii.  I spent several years as a fishing and rafting guide through out the Southwest and Rockies.  I coached track and field at Colorado College for six years and was fortunate enough to help coach a national champion in the Women’s Heptathalon.  I ran an alternative energy company for 15 years where we specialized in alternative lubricants and fuels.

I have been married for 11 wonderful years and I have two young boys.  My eldest son was diagnosed with autism.  While the initial news was devastating, his success in the classroom and energy in life help keep me motivated everyday.  My wife is a professional singer and actress who pays the bills by being a fund manager for a local non-profit.

I purchased my first home in 2002.  What sold the property was the commanding views of the front range and Pikes Peak from the bank of living room windows.  I gutted the house down to the studs.  Installed a new remote controlled skylight, built the center island and designed the kitchen.  I added all new insulation, a ceiling fan and re-did the floors.  Over ten years later and it is still my sanctuary and happy place to raise my kids and make it a home.

I want to help you find your Pikes Peak Dream home.  Small or large it does not matter.  You know what you want.  Work with me and together we can sort through the web of available homes and find the one that is right for you.
